High-Intensity Metal Parts Degreasing

Following disassembly, all components are processed in a solvent-free, aqueous cleaning line. These high-intensity systems remove oils, grease and surface contaminants without harming substrates or coatings. They also avoid releasing volatile organic compounds to the atmosphere. 

The components will be cleaned by using one of the following methods:

• Walk-in high-pressure spray wash cabinet
• Hydraulic-agitated immersion lift tank system
• Aqueous-immersion clean line
• Ultrasonic-immersion clean line
